We've established I'm bad at this, but today is G and here I am with... Granola bars.
I'm something of a nerd about granola/breakfast bars because I take them to school and work all the time. I just got a package of Special K honey nut cereal bars and I feel ripped off. Why? 100mg of sodium and only 1 gram of protein?
Special K sucks.
Going to try to put a more general blog post together, but work is busy and I need caffeine.
